Orders, delivery and returns
An order is placed with our retail partner, so tracking, refunds and returns sit in the account you ordered from. Open the order there first: it is the quickest way to an answer. If it does not help, write to us and we will point you in the right direction.
Before you write about a lamp
Most lamp questions are answered by the manual in the box: which button changes the color temperature, how the arms fold, how the brake on the rolling base locks. If the manual is gone, send the name of the lamp and we will tell you what it says.
