CGBE Glass Bud Vases for Taper Holders

Turn CGBE taper holders into a row of stems

Old brass candlesticks, a pair from a wedding, the holders that come out once a year: each can hold a flower instead. These glass vases stand 7.9 inches tall and 0.78 inches wide, the shape of a test tube with a flat bottom, and they fit candlesticks made for 20 to 22 mm tapers.

Each vase gets two silicone sleeves. A sleeve slips over the base to grip the candlestick and stop glass and metal from scratching each other, and the sleeves adjust to the depth of the holder. Borosilicate glass is clear and light, so the stem shows through.

Packs of 6 dress a dinner table, and 12 cover a long table for a wedding or a party with a single stem at every place. A tulip, a ranunculus or one branch of blossom is all each vase needs.

How to use it

1. Slide a silicone sleeve onto the bottom of the vase.
2. Press the vase into a 20 to 22 mm candlestick until it sits firmly.
3. Add water and a single stem, then trim the stem to the height you want.
